Its time again for our monthly Newsletter, and this month we’re looking at
Halogen Oven Cookbooks.I recently bought a halogen oven and disappointingly it only came with 4 recipes. So I searched the usual places such as Amazon, W H Smiths and Waterstones for a cookbook but there are no cookbooks specifically for Halogen Ovens.
I did manage to find afew recipes on the internet but they usually involved US measurements; and have you ever tried to follow a US recipe? It isn’t easy, with a cup of this and a quart of that! I find cooking difficult enough without having to convert all the measurements and decipher different types of vegetables, zucchini, squash etc...

There are over 20 different recipes in each of the recipe books, all specifically with Halogen ovens in mind.
Will it work with my oven?
The book has been designed to work with any Halogen oven (though as with any oven you should refer to the manufacturers instructions for guidelines on its use).
